Clever Cats International Company Shipping Policy

Delivery Management by MLT Unlimited Solutions Corp. Clever Cats has partnered with MLT Unlimited Solutions Corp. to manage all aspects of shipment and operations. This collaboration ensures efficient and reliable delivery of your orders.

Delivery Fees Clever Cats, in partnership with MLT Unlimited Solutions Corp., charges a minimal fee for the delivery of products. This fee is based on the total checkout amount and varies accordingly.

Delivery Areas We deliver to selected areas in Metro Manila and nearby provinces. Please refer to the delivery area list to confirm if we service your location. Orders are processed exclusively within our coverage area.

Delivery Acceptance

  • Products are delivered in secure packaging to maintain safety and freshness.
  • Please receive deliveries within 10 minutes of our delivery personnel's arrival.
  • For age-restricted items like alcohol, an adult with valid ID must be present. We reserve the right to refuse delivery to minors and may impose a PHP 199 re-delivery fee for subsequent attempts.
  • Cancellations or unattended deliveries will incur a restocking fee, comprising 100% of perishable items' value and a Php 199 re-delivery or cancellation fee.

Purchase Limits and Delivery Conditions

  • Purchase limits apply to certain products due to their size and weight.
  • We do not deliver to walk-ups above five floors without elevators, nor deliver items over 20 kilograms above the 4th floor. Our delivery staff will not carry groceries more than 5 floors in the event of a broken elevator.

Delivery Time Frame

  • Delivery schedule varies by payment method:
    • Paymaya, Credit & Debit Cards: 1 day
    • Direct Bank Deposits / Transfers or other options: 2 days
  • We strive to deliver within the promised timeframe, but delays beyond our control (e.g., weather, traffic) are not our liability.
  • Bulk or large orders may require more time and potentially higher delivery fees. Our team will reach out for confirmation in such cases.

Delivery Address

  • We ensure the accuracy of delivery addresses. If errors are found, we will contact you for correction.
  • Inaccessible delivery addresses will prompt us to contact you for alternatives. Failure to respond may result in failed delivery and additional fees.
  • Please update your delivery address and contact information in your account before placing an order. Changes are not possible after order verification.
